So... the chicken was okay overall. The spice level was decent, but it felt a bit hit or miss. Some bites had really good flavor, while others were kind of bland and a little dry. Not bad if you just need a quick meal, but I was expecting a bit more taste-wise.

The heat has been the same every time, which I do appreciate since it’s not random or all over the place. That said, after I paid, I felt a little unsure and started wondering if everything would actually be as promised. Thankfully, it turned out fine, but that bit of distrust after payment was definitely there.

I ordered a few bits and thought the prices were decent. The quality turned out better than I expected too, so yeah, I’m happy with it

I’m the kind of person who picks up on little patterns in places, and here it felt like they’d actually thought about comfort instead of just squeezing in as many chairs as possible. The seats were comfy, there was enough room, and I didn’t start feeling awkward or restless after sitting for a while. The place was clean too, which always adds to the whole vibe. It was just an easy, relaxed meal, and I’d definitely go back.

Ordered from pepes.co and, it turned up faster than I thought it would. I’d barely got settled in to watch something, then spent 10 minutes choosing nothing, as usual, and the food was already at the door. The driver was polite, and everything was still nice and hot, which is always a win. Only knocking off a star because the tracking was a bit vague and I wasn’t totally sure where the order was at times. Other than that, solid experience.

I like Pepe’s because the menu actually has a bit of everything, not just the usual one or two chicken options. There are wraps, burgers, rice boxes and loads of spice levels, so it’s handy when everyone wants something different. The only thing that annoys me a bit is the communication can be unclear sometimes, especially around order updates or what’s included. But overall, I never really get bored ordering from pepes.co.uk because I always find something I fancy

I’ve ordered from pepes.co.uk a few times now, and to be fair, the menu is usually easy to look through. Most of the stuff I actually want is normally there, especially the chicken meals, which is basically the main reason I use it.

But it’s really annoying when you’ve already decided what you want and then suddenly an item is unavailable. That’s on them to keep the menu updated properly, because it just wastes people’s time and makes the whole ordering process frustrating.

The food was still properly hot when it arrived, the chips were warm, and the chicken tasted fresh rather than like it had been sitting around. That makes such a difference with takeaway. I’d definitely order again, though if it ever started turning up cold I’d probably look elsewhere

Tried pepes.co.uk for a discount code and it actually worked first go, which was a nice surprise tbh. Saved a little on my order, so cant really complain. The promos were easy enough to find and checkout went fine. I’ll prob check it again before I buy stuff next time.

I kept having to chase my loyalty points every single time, it got old fast. You expect them to show up automatically, but they just never did unless I followed up.

I’ve been to a few Pepe’s branches now, it’s pretty much the same every time in a good way. The food comes out hot, the service is quick, and there are no weird surprises. Can’t really complain about that
